Description
Cacicus uropygialis
It moves through edges, clearings and lower canopy searching for fruits, nectar and insects. Its calls and colors are striking, though it is usually less conspicuous than the Montezuma oropendola. In the region it is associated with humid forest, clearings and wooded edges.
