Description
Bothriechis lateralis
It inhabits montane forests and humid edges, waiting for prey on branches and shrubs. It eats frogs, lizards, small birds and small mammals. It is venomous and requires responsible observation from a distance. In the region it is associated with cool highland forests, shrubs and humid edges.
